This is a review of The Womanizer Pro40.
A unique suction toy, that is a must have if you enjoy clitoral stimulation.
It’s best used solo.
Well priced at under 2k, yes that sounds a lot, but for rechargeable & waterproof it’s a good buy.

Expanding my Collection
I am embarrassed to admit that until recently my…
Sex toy collection looked like it came out of a museum documenting sex toys of the 18th century.
I’ll be honest, besides the exorbitant price of sex toys; once I had discovered Danny the Dolphin I never really looked back. So whenever the model I was using stopped working, I simply replaced it with a newer version of exactly the same thing, in a different colour. Guaranteed satisfaction, and at these prices, I wasn’t prepared to take any risks. At this point I just want to interject that don’t be thinking your toy will last forever. In my experience sex toys are a bit like cell phones. They are designed to last 2 years and upgrading the software only helps for a while. I am now on my third Danny the Dolphin, because models one and two, just got slower and slower even with new batteries, my frustration levels got higher and higher, so it was out with the old in with the new.
I had read up on the various new offerings out there and The Womanizer Pro40 piqued my interest.
It worked on a totally different principal to any of the toys I had used or seen before.
So I took the plunge and made the financial investment, anything over R1 800 or $130, is an investment worth mentioning in my opinion. As my friend always says when buying clothes or shoes, CPW- Cost Per Wear.
I’ll start with the unboxing, like the YouTubers.
Packaging is functional and no cardboard has been wasted in the wrapping of this toy!
Besides 2 attachments, USB recharging device, a small concise pamphlet and the mechanism itself, there are no added thrills. I was hoping for a sexy handy silk bag to keep the toy in, but alas not.
I did not read the instructions; I mean really, I know how to use a sex toy.
I switched on the power button; it idled with a red glow, and I immediately pressed the plus indicator it took 9 presses to reach full speed. For me and my particular circumstances, the quieter the toy the better. Well did I get a shock. It sounded like a boeing 747 was about to take off in my bedroom. I quickly switched it off. Considering it says on the outside of the box, super – quiet, I figured mine must be faulty, because there is no ways anything let alone a sex toy should sound this loud. I had ordered it over the Internet and felt irritated. Returning it was not going to be easy. Then I had a brain wave. I would go to my local sex shop up the road and see what their demo model sounded like. I gave some cock and bull story that my friends had bought me the toy as a gift from this very shop and I was concerned that mine wasn’t sounding correct. The sales assistant dutifully switched the demo model on, and sure enough the sound of a boeing filled the small room. Right so it wasn’t just my toy. But now what?
‘No one uses the toy on full speed, that’s very intense,’ the assistant said haughtily, ‘and once your clitoris fills the nozzle it becomes silent.’
She roughly jabbed her finger into the silicone hole and the mechanism did indeed quieten considerably.
I wanted to say, listen lady you have no idea what speed I might enjoy, the faster the better for me. But I bit my tongue and relieved I left the store. Not before she tried to sell me a silk pouch for my toy. R180 seemed a ridiculous price for such an item.
Once home I decide that perhaps I should read the instructions.
The Womanizer is a German designed and produced sex toy.
I read the quick guide switching on, switching off, increase speed etc etc. And then I read the most important part of it all.
‘Once you have discovered the ideal position on the clitoris do not move the stimulation device! The device will automatically become silent once the treatment head is perfectly flush.’
Aha, now I knew the secret.
The principal of this toy is vibrating suction, rather than vibrating hard knob.
It is only for clitoral orgasms, for vaginal you will need a different toy.
The mechanism is best described as a tiny cup just big enough for your clitoris to fit in and is made of body friendly silicone. There are 2 different sized attachments, Normal and XL depending on your clit size. As the instructions indicate, you part your labia to expose your clitoris then position the treatment head on the clit applying pressure so the head absorbs your clitoris. Then slowly increase speed, but be sure to keep the head in the right place or the boeing will return.
This toy certainly takes practice to perfect. I fiddled and muddled attempting to find the sweet spot, switching it on and off, trying the different size heads and generally getting frustrated.
But with a small amount of perseverance and patience I managed to hold steady and feel the delicious sensation of a building orgasm filling my body.
As I began to cum, my body contracted in orgasmic delight, and low and behold the movement of my body caused the mechanism to dislodged from my clitoris. Oh frustration frustration, exhale and re-engage.
I have learned to love my new toy, and I understand the dos and don’ts.
Here are a few:
- Be sure to keep still when you cum, movement causes the boeing effect and the head dislodges.
- Try both size attachments, regardless of what you think your clit size is. I found the bigger head allows greater leeway on accurate placement and movement.
- The indicator light is extremely useful, in the dark or under the covers correct placement can be guaranteed. The Womanizer Duo does not have this function, which is definitely a flaw in the design.
- The instructions indicate you shouldn’t play for too long. ‘Do not stimulate an area for longer than 15 minutes’ This is relative to the individual, and a few hours with breaks in between is great.
- While speed 9, the fastest speed, is amazing, don’t accelerate to top speed immediately. Enjoying the speed increase gradually is far more pleasurable. So just when you think it can’t get any more intense and you are accustomed to the speed, press the plus button, it allows for a very intense orgasm.
- It can be fun to use on a guy. Depending on the sensitivity of the penis, but generally I would say this is a toy for solo pleasure. I will admit I have never played with it with another woman, but logic tells me, that could work. But I can’t pretend, my girl on girl action is limited.
All in all, it’s an excellent toy, and for me has specific advantage for fast pleasure when you are pressed for time.
I find I cum quicker with this toy, and multiple and stacking orgasms are vey achievable. I also enjoy combining it with my dolphin, mixing up clitoral and vaginal orgasms.
My toy collection is a little more up to date now, and I plan on adding to my collection…I’ll be sure to keep you posted.
And as far as CPW goes… This toy is certainly proving its CPW. Or should I say Cost Per Orgasm – CPOh.
